A delightful town - my home town - with a Roman wall circling the old city, & a Norman Castle surrounded by a park. History includes saxon Holy Trinity church and victorian Town Hall (both pictured).

Oldest recorded town in the UK. Take the walking tour, it was very interesting.

I've always visited Colchester to go shopping, roller skating and on the odd occassion to see the castle. Great place but finding somewhere to park is a nightmare - and expensive!
