We love our vacation ownership. We've been owners now for a few years and there's no other way to have a home away from home when you're Worldmark owners. Staff is always the best because they treat

Be weary of the 'Owner Update' meeting they'll invite you to upon checkout. Their intent is to upsell you on credits and services. Every word out of their mouth is about getting you to upgrade.

Love the new easy checkin process but not a fan of being pressured to attend an "update meeting" just to get my parking permit.

Very relaxing. Close enough to city to enjoy but far enough to not have the rush of city life

Great service, but it's really disappointing that they don't offer free WiFi or ANY WiFi for that matter; it's 2011 for goodness sake!

This is our 4 time staying here and by far the worst. No hot water from 5 am till 10am, pubes in the shower, and dirty cups in the cabinet. F-

WiFi is free but SUPER sloooow. Not really worth it.
