Limited restaurant offering beyond TSA, so eat before going through security.

There's a Popeye's near the entrance to Terminal B. But they charge 26¢ for each extra packet of sauce.
Waited 90 minutes for a rental car & there were no flights to New York after 11:30 AM on a Monday. Seemed weird for a major city. Go to Baton Rouge if you need more flexibility.
So glad to be in New Orleans ... The greatest city in the world.
Gate C6 bar. Never a wait & always friendly bartenders.
Terminals are NOT connected. Be sure you are at correct security checkpoint for your gate. DON'T be sneaky and go to different checkpoint to avoid long lines. Security lines actually move very fast.
Sharon PickeralJune 25, 2012The southwest terminal is nothing short of horrendous. They r doing construction on it and there are no places to eat that are full service and there is limited seating at the gates.
