- Darin BushmanJuly 15, 2014Don't bother attempting to set in the Uncomfortable customer seating. Might as well have a seat on the granite floor. I'm thinking they bought these from the lowest bidder.
- I sure hope they are planning to staff up before the Mardi Gras/Super Bowl crowds arrive! #understaffed
- Tom EldonDecember 26, 2017Worst destination city airport I’ve been to recently. Feels like a regional airport not near the standards of modern airports like TPA, PHX, PHL or CHL.
- Shaun RudySeptember 9, 2012Don't make my mistake. Watch your opening weekend NFL games elsewhere. Not a TV or sports bar in sight. C'mon! You're New Orleans for crying out loud.
- Thank your airline agents. Believe it or not, most WANT to help you! LOL
- Severe lack of food options. Free wifi. Usually short lines for security.
- Sam (@HandstandSam)February 12, 2011If you are staying in a hotel downtown, the shuttle is $36 round-trip. Info near baggage claim.
- Since I handle baggage all I ask is that u please don't over back your bag. I hate picking up dirty underwear when the bag breaks open!
- Celebrity sightings galore! This is the city for shooting films.
- aCtionMay 16, 2012The most inefficient check in system I've ever had the misfortune to be a part of. avoiding AA here if u can!

- Not much by way of food in the b terminal, especially early mornings
- Jon GoJanuary 3, 2012Downtown hotel airport shuttle for only $20 24/7 at the baggage claim, compared to taxi for $33.
- Scott ThornburgFebruary 10, 2011Checked-in AND got thru security in 15 minutes even with the extra pat-down. Way to go NoLa, you guys rock!
- If you use the priority line for concourse C you don't have to go through the scanners. Metal detector only.
- Amanda AldrichNovember 1, 2011There are slim pickins for lunch/dinner options in Concourse D. Eat before you clear security.
- Praline Connection is a terrific NO restaurant with a spot in Terminal B. Good eats.
- MikeJuly 19, 2013Concourse D kinda blows. Very little to offer in terms of food. Eat before you arrive.
- Mid-renovations, hopefully for the better, not that there's anywhere to go but up. Dirty and with some of the most limited dining options I have ever seen.
- Nhien LeFebruary 29, 2012Concourse C (United) does not have any decent restaurants or food shops. Try to eat before you check through security.
- Jon AcostaNovember 9, 2012I'm an avid traveller. Fly all across the nation on a yearly basis... This has to be the absolute WORST airport that I've been to in the states. Hands down. It's cluttered and small.
