Super laid back, great service and friendly staff and family friendly. Burnt miso ramen is solid and menu is easy to make sense of even though mostly in Japanese. Good value.

You're here for the signature black ramen. You'll see flames periodically shoot up in the kitchen as they flambé the soup before serving. Be careful, the noodle and soup are REALLY HOT temperature.

It's absolutely vital you get the burnt miso ramen. Whether you're a "Ramen? That stuff from a packet?" person or an "I wait for 2 hours at NYC's Ippudo" snob (like me), you'll freak out it's so good.

This ramnen is by far the best and most interesting I've had in Tokyo. If you're in the neighbourhood it's highly, highly recommended.

Burnt miso ramen - you can't go wrong. Quick and friendly service, and large bowls of delicious ramen. So good. Best to walk it off after, or you'll be full of ramen all day.

The burnt miso ramen is their house specialty here and is quite good. You can order a half portion to save room for the gyoza.

I tried kogashi (burned) miso ramen and it's unique. I love it! In the lunchtime, "oomori" (bigger portion of noodle) is free of charge.

Holy ramen heaven. Burnt miso ramen is absolutely delicious. Perfect combo of spice and flavor. Come here for lunch and take a nap after.

Very good and casual izakaya. They do pretty good ramens and gyoza but you should definitely try the Sesame Cucumber. Very tasty yet light item.

Came here with high expectations because of the burnt miso ramen everyone seem to be talking about. It was good but was not worth all the hype. Bean sprouts was good. Char siu (pork) was dry.

久しぶりに好みのラーメン発見‼︎私は焦がし味噌、連れが焦がししょうゆを頼んだので、どちらのスープもいただいたけれど、どちらも見た目のインパクトとは違い、スープと焦がし油がすごく合ってる！コクがあるけど、すごく優しいお味。どちらもオススメです。

キャベツ焦がし味噌麺カツにソースじゃなくて味噌をかける地方があるでしょ…その感じ…ほとんど焼きそば味(笑) 軽く茹でたキャベツが焼きそば感を増幅する。好きですよー好き好き！B級グルメ！！

店員にどれがお勧めか尋ねると、醤油か味噌、よく出るのは味噌ですね〜との事。もっと香ばしいのを想像してたけど、案外普通でした。
