Outstanding view from the bar. Expensive but delicious and heavily poured dark & stromies once you get up there.

Felt a tad under-dressed in jeans. The wait for the elevator was a little annoying. But the view and drinks make up for it.

If only the service matched the beautiful property. I can't decide if the staff is clueless, indifferent, or both

Not a fan. Specify you don't want a room looking out onto another brick building. Our room looked like a sex den in the worst way, bed backlit in red light, the bathroom was bigger than the room.

It's way too dark in the lobbies. Not sure what effect they are attempting to achieve. Maybe they want to be the "it" place for having an "on the side" meeting

As someone said, at the downstairs wine bar, service service is either clueless or apathetic but probably both.

Horrid if staying here as a guest. The rooms are nice but the hotel customer service is dreadful, they charge you for everylast thing and they failed misserably in making the guest feel special.

Inside rooms have no cell reception. Expensive poorly made drinks at the roof bar, with an amazing view of the district. Visit the gym to grab free, cold bottles of water.

Per the manager "you cannot use the stairs". Elevators hold 5 people. Be prepared to wait a long time!

Horrendous service at this hotel. The rooftop is overrated. The gym stinks. The wifi in both: rooms and common areas is abysmal. The cider in the lobby is soothing, however

Free public bathrooms here. Just look confident, not too touristy, and don't ask where the free public bathrooms are.

Hang out at the rooftop lounge if you're able to handle the loud music. DO NOT stay in the hotel. I regret my decision to stay here for 2 nights. I only got disappointment after disappointment.
