If you don't feel like battling the traffic to get to one of the wonderful restaurants in the area eat at the Bistro on site. I also ordered a Gin & Tonic that was quite perfect after a long drive.

Great hotel in the Raleigh area. Convenient access to Crabtree Mall and easy on highway access. Staff is great. Traffic is heavy during peak hours so plan accordingly.

Nice clean place with a decent dinner bar (great flatbreads). Minimal gym--2 treadmills. 1 elliptical, and some barbells.
