Jaki L. • March 31, 2016Every thing is awesome. Save room for sake, try the kinoko mushroom soup and sample some sushi. Going w a few other peeps helps on the sampling bit, but great even on your own.
Tom C. • July 28, 2018A really nice space, not very busy as a rule, good salads. Best to start off with a make your own. You can get a peach green tea and lemonade combination drink which is very nice.
Luke B. • August 28, 2015If the 'House Curry Dosa' is a special, order it. The curry is delicious (spicy with a hint of sweetness), the dosa is flavorful (though less crispy), serving huge and the price ($10.95) can't be beat
Ashok L. • April 21, 2015Good vegan place with big menu that includes many Chinese, Korean, Japanese & Vietnamese favorites. Food was tasty. They were out of few items that we wanted from the menu.
Brandi W. • May 12, 2014I'm a fan of their most indulgent items: "chicken" 'n waffles, cinnamon rolls, and (of course) the doughnut burger.
Nico P. • September 30, 2022Great vibe. Loved both the chicken sandwich and the BLT.
Peggy • January 23, 2018The house rice claypot is delicious, flavorful, and filling! It's one of my favorite dishes in all of San Francisco.
Skoi M. • December 1, 2012Vegan hippie healthy food at 4am? Uh, yes please!
Val • November 12, 2018There’s table service and everything is delicious! Upgrade any burger to a Beyond patty, it’s worth it. The chili fries are amazing. If you get a milkshake, I recommend splitting with someone else.
VegNews Magazine • August 29, 2012A popular lunchtime indulgence, a Mushroom Seitan Cheesesteak from Jay’s (make sure to ask for vegan mayo and add avocado) is messy, tasty perfection, overflowing with piles of thin-sliced faux meat.
Ryan Y. • August 25, 2013while most of their clientele are street-people (& I mean that with untidy respect & due honor), all walks of life are welcome to enjoy scrumptious, mainly vegetarian/vegan meals
