Kazy • January 27もやしそば 850円。浅草開花楼の中細ストレート麺。豚のゲンコツと背ガラ、鶏ガラ、昆布、鯖節、野菜で作られたシンプルな味わいのスープ。たっぷりのもやし、豚肉を炒め、ラーメンのスープをベースに水溶き片栗粉でとろみをつけた餡がなみなみと注がれている。熱々の餡でフタをするので、最後まで温度がなかなか下がらず、身体の芯から温まる。もやしのシャキシャキとした食感が心地よい。長く愛されている名物の一杯。
