Kurtis S. • September 9, 2019The museum is good but you can see plenty around the park for free. If you’re lucky you might be able to tag along with one of the tours. They’re very informative
Robert D. • December 1, 2011Workout in this park on M-W-F at 10am & 11:15am at the Lunch Crunch Workout. Really fun outdoor boot camp style class. Check out OpenSkyFitness.com for more details! All fitness levels.
ᴡ C. • May 26, 2012Great place to play ball, plenty of courts, and I never have trouble finding an open court or game to join.
Chris R. • December 30, 2012As others said, it's a big rock. Go in afternoon when the shadows are long and it's otherworldly. You can access the rock for free through the park.
AD N. • July 4, 2011The family move: Get here before LACMA opens (plenty of street parking), run around the grounds, tumble down the hill, bring bikes + a picnic, then hit the museum before naptime. Solid LA day.
Stephanie S. • August 15, 2013I've only been on a weekday but it was not at all crowded and really nice! Make sure to bring sunscreen because there isn't a lot of shade.
Ericka • May 24, 2014Southeast corner of Fairfax and Wilshire.
Michael L. • June 22, 2014A Los Angeles Historic monument and a great example of Googie architecture.
Will P. • September 24, 2011Free courts before 4 pm.
Rebecca T. • July 21, 2010Open til 9pm on Friday & particularly charming after dark. Take a stroll through Chris Burden's BRILLIANT public sculpture "Urban Light," then go inside & get dizzy in the monumental Serra sculptures!
Valentina O. • July 17, 2019This is the place were you go to wait when you’re an audience member! Bring comfortable shoes! And maybe an umbrella for the sun!
Melissa S. • April 4, 2013I came early on a Thursday (9 am) without an appointment and waited less than 15 minutes. This beats Van Nuys by far.
