Artstuffmatters A. • March 30, 2013Intense experience. Architecture is impressive - especially integration into landscape & sustainable roof.
Zara K. • September 13, 2018Must walk around the museum. It is a home to great outdoor sculptures! Jeff KOONS, Calder, and a massive Matisse. Good for a quick, short visit as the museum is not big. Easy to explore in less time.
Chris C. • September 26, 2016Fantastic exhibition, a little pricey at $25 but there is a feast of visual inspiration from Del Toro's films, classic Disney movies and illustrators/comic artists. A must-see for any film/horror buff
Senite8 • July 15, 2023Amazing museum especially if you are a film lover. Brand new and huge. Love it. 9/10 ps.
Diana A. • August 18, 2017Loved this museum! Great collection of cars, well designed displays, everything is presented in a very interesting way! Outside of the building is super cool too!
AMW • December 7, 2015Free or pay what you can admission every Sunday. Thursday craft nights for the DIY-inclined. Discounted parking available at Wilshire/Courtyard.
Robert A. • June 23, 2017Very relaxing way to spending a Saturday evening. The music is always top notch. The crowd is super chill. Bring a picnic blanket and/or lawn chairs and enjoy!
Terry S. • January 6, 2013Iconic Landmarks Outside the Museums Include: "Levitated Mass," the street light installation, the largest section of the Berlin Wall outside of Berlin, and the Rodin Sculpture Garden among others.
Jaimee W. • April 2, 2013I absolutely love this place! I like how they have props so you can have fun with the wax figures. Will Smith was my fav..I love him!
Linds • April 24, 2023Such a great spot for kids to take a break and paint and read (a cute selection of art related books are available). The staff was super welcoming and friendly.
Mariana L. • August 10, 2014Looks like the most touristy of attractions, but if you love movies, this is a treasure of real costumes & props. Talk to the staff! Many have worked in the business w/ great stories to tell.
AD N. • July 4, 2011The family move: Get here before LACMA opens (plenty of street parking), run around the grounds, tumble down the hill, bring bikes + a picnic, then hit the museum before naptime. Solid LA day.
Kurtis S. • September 9, 2019The museum is good but you can see plenty around the park for free. If you’re lucky you might be able to tag along with one of the tours. They’re very informative
Rachel B. • December 10, 2013Now that I have driven by this sculpture daily for 2 years, thinking it's a sculpture of Comrade Lenin... But, just now as I'm driving by with kids in the car asking about it, I'm thinking its Freud.
Chris R. • December 30, 2012As others said, it's a big rock. Go in afternoon when the shadows are long and it's otherworldly. You can access the rock for free through the park.
Sam S. • January 24, 2012Secret room(more like a closet) If you casually ask the curator "Is the BANK still open?" she will escort you to the the room where original works from Banksy & Mr. Brainwash adorn the walls.
