David H. • June 16, 2016It's super crowded but you can't beat the view. Watch out for the 35 or so cars illegally parked in the bike lane right in front. It's a great representation of Philly.
Coach Todd P. • February 2, 2014A great place to cross-train on some trails via a hike, climb, run, walk, mountain bike... is at Philly's Fairmount Park, the Park covers (4,180 acres), and is the largest landscaped park in the U.S.
Stephanie B. • May 2, 2017My son and I love smith - especially the big wooden slide
Enrico • July 24, 2016This place is a hidden gem in Philadelphia. Entry is $8/$5. In spring and in fall it can be cool to go there, sit down in the garden and relax. In the summer it can be a bit too hot inside (No AC)
Katie C. • October 25, 2015Must See for any visit to the Philly area. Bring walking/jogging shoes or a bike (or rent one) and cruise around the entire Fairmont Park area to the art museum. Fun views of the river and city.
Museum Without Walls • November 9, 2011The Fairmount Park Art Association established and maintains the Ellen Phillips Samuel Memorial. It includes three terraces and seventeen sculptures that were commissioned over a thirty-year period.
Chris R. • April 9, 2017one of philly's hidden gems. the limited hours are restrictive, but it's a great place to zen out. the grounds are gorgeous, and the onsite japanese house is like stepping into another world.
Barb S. • November 25, 2013Visitors get to see this from car or tour bus. I recommend walking back to it and taking time to appreciate the detail of the work. Jeanne d'Arc is one of my favorite historical heroines.
Regina H. • June 2, 2013Hot day but great for bike race
The Traveler • March 21, 2015Running, walking, biking. It's a nice trail in the city. Plenty of parking. Don't leave any valuables in your car. Lock them in the truck. A lot of vehicle break ins.
Martel J. • December 25, 2012this is what happens when you let luxuey run wild Last call Do not miss out
Jennifer W. • August 21, 2013More fish are able to live here. Keep up the good work in keeping it clean!
