Kazy • January 25, 2023冷たい肉そば スモール 950円。つけ麺スタイルの蕎麦。歯応えのあるオリジナルの自家製麺。甘辛く煮込まれた豚肉、ネギ、ごま、刻み海苔がどっさり盛られる。魚介の出汁がきいたつけ汁には辛子油が入っていて、食が進む。途中で温泉玉子を落とせば、マイルドに味変する。豚肉には味がしっかりついてるので、個人的にはそのまま食べた方が美味かった。
