Bad customer service. Do not respond to requests. I could not even get an invoice for my vehicle and they rejected a credit I had not applied for since I paid entirely by check.

Hyundai's Service Department is terrible with time estimates. They told me it would take 2 and a half hours and it took 3 hours and 15 minutes. Give realistic time estimates. Terrible service!

Hot chocolate in the customer lounge SUCKS! I guess they are a car dealership, not a Starbucks.
