Great location near restaurants & shopping. Not far from smokey mountain brewery! Nice, clean, and great service. Had trouble sleeping, bed too soft and sunk in the middle, & ice machine near room.

Location, location, location. No matter if you are just passing through or visiting family for a week, this hotel is in the heart of Turkey Creek with plenty of shopping and good eateries.

Really can't believe these rooms are nearly $200 a night. Clean and nice comp breakfast but I'd rather stay in a fluffy bed with a TV not in such an odd spot of the room.Good shop and food near.

Been here 10+ times
Not a bad hotel. Marriott downtown in dire need of renovation but has room service, is cheaper, and next to one of the best Ruth Chris Steakhouses. Turkey Creek is convenient tho.

Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. Traffic can be noisy so ask for a room on the south side
