I am an academic neonatologist, and hope to one day be the love child of Yoda and Vanna White- infinite wisdom + grace, striding under under gigantic letters.
can't miss the best beignets. cash only. 24 hours. come early or expect to wait in (long) line for a table for morning coffee. don't call them donuts.
voodoo dolls, charms, oils and charms. tarot card and palm readings. no photos inside. don't touch the alter.
best banana pudding layer cake. super service- waiter will escort you to the ladies room.
Take photos of the yourself in front the Bean (Cloud Gate) then watch the water come out of the mouth of the Face fountain. Good times.
best. thumbs up on ricotta squash blossoms. hard to get a table- sometimes, just get it to-go & eat it on the way home.
everyone is so nice. great Grilled shrimp salad- recommend dressing on side.. can get kinda soppy... i once ordered triple berry cake for my mom's b-day & ate entire thing myself. was ginormous too.
can't go wrong with anything here. beet salad- yum. broccoli- yum. mac-n-cheese- super yum. cooked up by a Korean guy. my people can cook.
good coffee, free wifi, but can be hard to find a table. the cool kids like to sit around for hours....
don't get there too late- the good flavors go fast. parking is a drag, but so worth the hassle.
