- eDreamsApril 16, 2012If you’re travelling by train from here, make sure to book tickets in advance. You will pay less for them http://ow.ly/ajlEd
- Looking for plug without a padlock over it. Breakfast bar seating in 'the real food company'. Coffee not great but access to power socket is invaluable.
- NikkiSeptember 4, 2014Very good train connection into London (FCC) but don't waste anytime time in the town itself
- Graeme BoydJanuary 23, 2011Not usually a fan of these Priority Lane things but this one's defo worth it - £3 and you sail past the queues. Lovely.
- Ian SMarch 15, 2014Rather than extortionate prices for overnight accomodation, why not try airbnb.com. Search for Luton airport and there's a stack of low cost good quality places to stay, many offer airport transfers
- I love the way they encourage you to pay £4 for priority security by keeping the standard queue so long.
- It's like a building site at the moment. If parking it takes some time to navigate around the construction.
- Rebecca PurbhooAugust 3, 2016This is the worst airport in England. Took ages to get the shuttle from the train station plus you have to pay £2. Small and cramped and every one that works there does things in slow motion!
- Roy ShpitalnikOctober 9, 2018Good restaurants and if you need some quick gift, you will find what to buy
- Iliana DimitrovaSeptember 27, 2014Easy to find everything. Small airport but it has everything you need in there
- Michal CharemzaDecember 24, 2010If you're ridiculously early for your flight, you can walk from Luton Airport Parkway. But I warn you, it's not a scenic walk!
- Colm DoddNovember 6, 2011Book on easybus in advance. £15 return to London. Great value and only takes an hour.
- Bjarke KSeptember 30, 2018Super unprofessional, unhelpful and passive-aggressive airport security guy at the security check today. Even his boss was incompetent an not able to solve the situation his bad employee started.
- £3 for priority lane access at security is money well spent. Much more worth it than 'speedy boarding'!
- Get fast track security as you go in - £3 will save you a 20 minute wait in the queue.
- Wesley McCloyJanuary 5, 2018Finding the train is a bit challenging (need to take a shuttle bus). Airport is otherwise easy to get through
- Ken BuckfieldOctober 13, 2014Not a thing! A short term carpark open to the elements and a good walk away from the terminal. Very third world.
- If your flight's delayed, make sure you hit WHSmith before everything shuts. Which is round about the time they issue you with a £3 voucher! Nice one pishyjet!
- Bruno B.March 27, 2016Avoid Luton Airport! F&B is horrible, you need a shuttle to get you to the train station, it is further out than any other airport. London has 4 other airports, use them!
- Brendan ElliottJanuary 4, 2018Get your bus tickets outside, don’t wait in the line straight out of the customs area, line too long!
- MarkSeptember 22, 2019Airport is rather large, expected it to be smaller. Lots of food options after security. Though I missed a Costa (only available before security)
- Go for Fast security check. Its 3£ but you wont regret! Otherwise this airport is a joke!
- If you need electric plugs, there are some on the arrival hall on the pillars near the benches, close to the exit
- Look out for Taxi touts at the pick up point they will over charge you always pre book or use a local Luton cab company
- The £3 fee to drop off and pick up passengers is simply an extortion!
- If you are looking for a power socket to charge your phone, there is one behind the post box just beside the WHSmith.
- I fell asleep in the car on the way here. When I woke up, I thought we'd been in a horrific car crash and I was in hell. Checked the signs, nope Luton Airport. If you can - go somewhere else.
- Anna SesztakovaFebruary 5, 2013Hell on Earth! That's how I would imagine myself an airport somewhere in Bosnia! All flights are late and the whole atmosphere of the place never stops reminding you that you've chosen a Cheap Flight.
- Zia BambalanOctober 16, 2018Have an ample time to get to the airport as getting through security will take a long time.
- Sam EnglandJuly 19, 2013The airport bus is free, as long as you have a rail ticket from Luton Airport to your destination. London St Pancras is just 20 minutes away!
- Get to your flight gate within 15 minutes the latest before your flight, otherwise you've just lost it.
- Kylie ShortJune 20, 2017Absolutely vile security personnel. Pretty sure this airport design is based on a cattle run.
- jason pJanuary 2, 2020Experience much better than it used to be, but they desperately need to get the rail -> airport link sorted
- Dropping a passenger off is now 2£, a 100% increase. The traffic flow at the drop off zone is dismal and probably caused many people to miss their flights.
- NatiDecember 31, 2013£3 for 1 hr of wifi. No thanks. Theyve also gone out of their way to not provide charging outlets. You can find outlets in "the real food company" which we supported by making a purchase.
- Mat CollisJune 2, 2016Not a great airport, always a stag do going on but plenty of shops and coffee etc past security.
- I have absolutely no idea why it is so fashionable to abhor this airport, though it is not anyhow worse than Stansted. Poor Luton, you do your very best, and I really appreciate it.
- Steps up in double quick time. If only they could unlock the terminal on time ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
- Miserable place. Charging for everything but lacking basics like seating and air.
- If you're checking in a bag with Whizz Air, get here 2 hours before departure
- Nicholas KeyApril 6, 201430mins free WiFi here - just make sure you tick the "don't spam me" box or use a@a.com as your email address
- Emily LJuly 23, 2019Imagine a shopping centre on Boxing Day... this is how busy Luton is in the summer. My mistake for booking a flight departing from here, will not do it again.
- Chris HoyAugust 30, 2013If you have a late flight don't go through security earlier than you need to-the cafés and coffee bars close at 8pm on the other side.
- Joseph ShambrookMay 16, 2016Eat before security. There's not much choice after security, and they can be *crammed* with people.
