Their limited hours seem to change daily based upon how busy they deem the airport to be. They're never open the hours listed in the SBUX app. Even when open, the one worker is often somewhere else.
This is the remaining piece of the building that formerly housed Kroger (which moved to a far larger building behind here yet somehow kept the same street address as CVS)
The discounts at local businesses are no longer available. However, there's a Chick-fil-A on the property border. Some would consider that an improvement. :)

After a long period of abandonment, the Simon Guest Services desk has been completely removed. Gift cards "have not been available for two years" according to mall management.
Use the restroom before boarding. You really don't wanna try to cram into the tiny one on the CRJ-700.

They now offer a lunch buffet only when large conventions are held nearby. Otherwise, they have a delicious and substantial lunch special platter for $15.
Slow, disorganized, not particularly friendly, hot, and slow. Did I mention slow? Not in a good way. Like 20 mins for coffee slow.
They serve wild-caught, West Coast salmon. Try the Coulibiac with Bistro sauce (Dijon + horseradish) and tomato basil soup for a savory lunch.
Easy walking distance from several nearby hotels, such as the BWI Airport Marriott. Many shuttles will bring you as well. You'll be happy you took a break from the hotel.
