Black Cherry is fantastic!
It's about a 2.5 hour trip from Wailea. Make sure you have a good playlist to keep you awake and alert driving up the crater!
Meh, disappointed with the density and variety of fish
Stick with the basics, don't go too overboard on the selections because the tuna is just.that.fresh
I'm not a red meat eater, but if you like moules and actually crispy fries (they are twice fried to get an amazing crust and crunch).
Shish Taouk sandwich was expertly toasted for the perfect crunch along with juicy chicken, briney pickles, starchy potatoes and a thick, tangy garlic sauce to pull it all together.
Whole fried fish for 2 was a flavor and texture bomb which was filleted table side. Angel hair pasta was sweet and heavenly.
Disappointing. Was hoping for some more local flavor, but pretty much the same menu as all of the other Morimotos. Do yourself a favor and spend your money at Spago down the street.
Watch out for the killer shore break. Amazing beach otherwise, lots of great people watching.
Spectacular sunset view and award winning Mai Tai that is arguably worth the $17.
Pro Tip: eat at the bar. You miss out on people watching, but you are better for it due to good conversation w/the bartenders.
Adding a follow up after 2 years and numerous date nights and out of town visitors - still boom bangin!
Never thought I would add a kale salad in tips, but the fact that they grill the kale makes all the difference
The Pigalle is my new favorite bourbon-based cocktail. It's in a large rocks glass to boot.
Make sure you look to see if you have the vegetarian menu, we were confused that there was no fried chicken on the menu!
1/2 priced bottles of wine on Mondays. Table side steak tartare, correctly cooked fried, but no tuna steak at this French bistro 😔
Lumi is the man. Expert alterations and understands the value of great service.
I've got an itch and it can only be scratched by the crab toast
Stay away from the turkey burger, the avocado takes over everything and makes the whole thing one big mushy one-noted bite. I happened to get the beet salad w/the truffled goat cheese--amazing.
