    "I'm not sure if I caught the staff on a bad day but the service was terribly slow. There was one other table and we waited 30+ mins. A far cry from the service and quality of their Chelsea location."

    "Overpriced and the food and beverages aren't served hot but room temperature-cold. For these prices it's criminal they turn turn the wi-fi off during lunchtime. They don't chill alcoholic beverages."
