Curbed • March 20, 2014Featuring tons of uphill climbs, visitors often trek to the base of the Nike Missile tower to see epic views of the coastline. Celebs: Jennifer Garner, Fergie and Josh Duhamel.
eric b. • October 31, 2020Sweet little park to explore that is tucked into the hills. Great for kids and a decent amount of shade even on a hot summer day.
eric b. • March 28, 2021Nice rolling hills with views down to the ocean and beyond on a clear day. Crowded on weekends but tons of parking.
T L. • April 17, 2013Perfect for biking. Very easy/mild hike. If you are looking for a workout I would run the trail. It's also very scenic and serene.
Anthony R. • December 14, 2015This is a hidden gem in LA, right at the top of Coldwater Canyon and Mulholland. There are some really cool trails and a spot with picnic tables, that you could bring lunch or a coffee and hang out.
Edgar S. • March 19, 2015Great hiking trail, excellent Runyon alternative if you're trying to avoid the crowds.
John M. • August 1, 2016The loop trail to Inspiration Point is great for beginners: 2 miles, very even (no ankle twisting likely), easy grade, many places to stop and take a picture or rest on a clean bench, panoramic views
Andy S. • July 23, 2013It seems steep going up but it's slightly steeper going up on the waterfall side (as in image below)
Daniel G. • July 25, 2015Going on a side trail can be lots of fun, but you may have to walk all the way back if not adventurous enough to climb up some dirty paths! Overall cool hike with photo ops and an interesting history!
Cindy S. • August 18, 2012Love this place. Always a great jog, good scenery and nothing but cool people. All friendly or minding their own business. Just b careful at night/too early in the AM as there are lots of coyotes
Rameen M. • September 24, 2011Bring your own dog bag. They rarely have extra bags at the start of the trail.
KT L. • June 16, 2015The views are always worth the pain of the workout. Push yourself! You can do it!! Best trails in LA!
Cynthia Jassmina T. • July 23, 2013They have everything! From volleyball courts, tennis and basketball and a BIG field!!
Flula B. • February 14, 2010The Temescal Ridge Trail is a great for a fan for hiking! It does last 2 hours approximate. Also bring water! Hallo tiny Rabbits on the Trail!
Christopher Prince B. • May 11, 2010Make sure to bring your hiking boots! The cliffs are awesome, along with the view!
annie . • November 26, 2020More crowded than I would like during the covid 19 times, even on a weekend. But still a gorgeous and thorough hike. Note that the falls are only a trickle at this time a year.
Sunil G. • September 6, 2012Park below yellow line to park for free. $5 if you park above it, sure you have to walk more but you are there to exercise, right?
