• On Saturdays the wait for a car can be an hour or more past your reservation time.

• When you check out make sure the reservation price matches your checkout price (assuming no dif in itinerary). They generally have good service, but I've been charged different prices before.

• Poor maintenance on their fleet. Had to switch out cars at another Avis and spend an additional hour because they don't even check air pressure.

• Beware debit card renters: a $200 hold on top of the rental cost. Opt out of the tank fill & do it yourself + save your greenbacks. Personally, Enterprise is way better down @ the Marriott off Conn.

• If you are an Avis Prefered member, just got upstairs to the parking garage Level 6 to get your car. No need to go to inside to the counter.
