• Worst bathroom lighting ever. No free breakfast so if you like the Holiday Inn express service, don't come here. Freeway traffic noise can also be really loud.

• Called at 6 for towels. Only given 2 sets, 4 in room. There aren't any & wouldn't until 7. I leave at 7. Sorry can't help you. NO desire to resolve my issue & basically waited for me to hang up. FAIL

• You won't get the King deluxe room reserved even as an IHG customer. Dark parking lot! Tried 3 sets of keys in 2 rooms before we actually got into one. Also A/C doesn't work! Yahoo! 3 strikes u r out
