• My last look at the Beale Luxury Apartments. It's conveniently located in South Beach near the Lumina, Infinity and Millennium Towers. The bay bridge is nearby as well as Union Square and FiDi.

• The Mission Bay trail out back is spectacular and there is kayak storage in the parking garage.

• The courtyards are amazing! It takes some time for the fire places to start up, but totally worth the wait :-)

• Parking Stinks. 9am-6pm, and then.. 12am-2am street cleaning. To that, i say Pooie! You (parking) stinks!

• This whole place is a mess: under construction for months, no update, security issues and an awfully expensive rent for nothing like a "luxury apartment building" Can't wait for my lease to end! 😡
