• Get a whole organic chicken and ask the butcher to cut it up for you in eight pieces. It makes meal planning very easy on the weekdays. You can also save the bones for soups and liver for the dog.

• Coffee bar have chai latte, it's sweetened with agave nectar and honey, not too sweet tough, I would say more spicy. They can do it with any kind of milk, you name it almond, soy, rice etc. Yummy :)

• Aside from this being a wholesome super market, they have a lovely area where you can sit, have a drink and eat whatever the store has to offer. Great staff there as well. Really friendly folks!
