    "The NYC Bar Association leased land to The Phi Gamma Delta Club, built 1908 & designed by Washington Hull (Columbia 1887). It was torn down for offices in 1924 after the Bar declined lease renewal."

    "Dedicated in 1928, The Phi Gamma Delta Club was a nine-story hotel and clubhouse. It closed in 1965. The building was purchased by the Jesuit journal "America" and converted into their offices."
