London, United Kingdom54 Tips
Chilled expresso martini, perfect summer post tapas cocktail
Third try, last chance. Served up a freezing cold rack of ribs. Makes me fear what is going on in the kitchen. There be be no further visits.
Very poor, everything frozen/bought-in, dreadful. Nothing from tips here on the menu except seafood chowder which was nothing like the photos here. Thin soup with few pieces of corn. Avoid
Saturday night and both specials are off, not told until we try to order them. Waiter barely speaks English and doesn't seem to understand how restaurants work.
Not sound it has found its feet yet. Noisy vibrant cocktail area but food overpriced and each plate had misjudged items.
Amazing shrimp tempura starter mmmm : ) big enough for two to share
2nd chance visit. Service still uninterested at best (and mildly weird). Food not special enough to compensate. So many places round the corner that get this right, so third trip unlikely.
So much nicer now the temporary roof is off and the sunshine can get in again.
Second visit in a week, amazing food. Everything everyone else is raving about here is great!
Nice friendly, relaxed bar. Good cocktails, great burger and fries.
Amusingly the thing they had run out of, after waiting an hour for a table, was olives. Nice place, good pizza, friendly service, but go early or late to avoid a long wait (avoid arriving 8.30-9.00pm)
Meh, only ok. Far too loud, terrible room acoustics, even with acoustic ceiling baffles, and very average food. No sign of the mythical burger. Cheese board was the best bit.
The free architectural tour is a gem, ours given by a passionate volunteer who clearly loves the building and landscape.
No offence to the very nice people here but I am hoping not to become Mayor!
Booked for 9pm, waited 4 table until 9.45. Food arrived after 10pm. Rammed, kitchen under pressure, yet food tepid and not a patch on Boro' or Kensington. Disappointed. Avoid.
Super food and super kind staff. Just tore the place apart to find my lost engagement ring. Even gave us a glass of wine whilst we looked. Go now before the pop up ends, they deserve it!
To be clear, the ghastly 'Meatballs' has gone. This is back to a proper quality chop house. And the pork chop is amazing. Thank goodness!
Lovely new refurb to dining room, complete botch job of ladies washrooms which were the area most in need of attention.
Portions are overwhelming, my ghoulash would have fed the table of 4. Hate that level of waste and it's just off putting.
