- Sarah EzanidisAugust 9, 2018Rooms very spacious and location is great. Property itself tad dated, but you shouldn’t be spending all your time in the hotel. Friendly staff. 39th floor views worth seeing, bartenders were friendly.Upvoted Mar 18
- MikeSeptember 25, 2014Awesome location in the downtown of San Francisco, near Market Street, Union Square & the Moscone Center. Choose a corner room with the great view. Try the rooftop "The View Lounge" (39th floor).Upvoted Feb 8
- Park @5th & mission garage w/rates between $2 & $4/hr depending on arrival time. Parking on Geary is free Sunday after 6am. Valet parking is $72/day. a parking ticket on Geary is just $71! A bargain
- Morten AuthenNovember 13, 2017My favourite hotel in San Francisco. Close to shopping center, and my favourite places in SF. Can be a bit too pricy, but that's SF in general 😱 Great view from the sky bar 👍🏻Upvoted Mar 19
- Christopher WestcottAugust 23, 2013Definitely checkout the rooftop bar. It's amazing. The windows are out of this world, offering a spectacular view of the city. Don't miss it.Upvoted Mar 22

- Laura RiveraSeptember 11, 2014The view from the presidential suite is amazing! Suite 3230 was comfortable and very well worth the price.

- Luis Javier RoblesNovember 3, 2016The bar at the upper level is amazing, the view is great and wines are excellent. Very cool hotel with luxury and non luxury options.
- Tommy SobolMay 20, 2014Room was gorgeous. Great location. A+Skip hotel breakfast $25 for nothing special, go to local legend Mels Drive in less than a block away. Awesome food, cheap!
- Camellia SchinnerDecember 31, 2015Valet parking: 1 hr is $21.25. Also, let them know if you want to charge your Tesla. We had a hiccup and it didn't charge, but they were gracious enough to give us a free hour more.
- The views are incredible with great lighting and a clear view to all the events going on at the SF MOMA.
- Andrew PandrewMarch 25, 2018Cozy lobby full of books, welcome any time of day and night. Huge event spaces under ground and above.
- The hotel was renovated in 2019, the service has been perfect post pandemic. The M Club is closed until July but that is subject to change. The View should be opened by June.
- Allison KasicJune 2, 2022Convenient location to a handful of good museums (MOCA, Contemporary Jewish, etc)
- RexOctober 3, 2018Location is double-edged sword. Very convenient with tons of chain restaurants around but lots of through traffic. Rooms are quite big for being in SF. Elevator situation is dire - be prepared to wait
- Concierge lounge serves a great breakfast. If you are not gold or platinum status ask for access - worth the extra money for the selection and convenience. You can stock up on water and soda too.
- Akinbode OguntuyiJune 2, 2018Super friendly staff at the entrance. I was dreading driving there, they put me at ease, and solved my problem with a smile
- lino brescia™March 25, 2017Nice hotel in the heart of the city. Spacious room. Lots going on. Parking is ridiculously expensive so don't drive
- Love this hotel! Perfectly situated adjacent to downtown locations and the staff is always pleasant.
- Ilya KuznetsovMarch 30, 2018Go to the View Bar on top floor and enjoy the view. Be ready for high prices on drinks though.
- Justin DiSantoSeptember 6, 2014Nice rooms with quality bath products, free Internet, lobby is a little crowded, has a Starbucks and decent bar with food
- Lucia SangMarch 11, 2014Awesome view from the bar on the rooftop. They make a very good Old-Fashioned.
- Mychael RApril 18, 2013I've stayed at this hotel many times,, usually very good.. t his time my room on 17th floor (1754) was too close to the elevators.. was hard to sleep with the constant noise of the elevator
- The views are amazing and the staff is the best I have ever experienced.
- You'll have to pay for drinks at the concierge lounge, so just go up to the View Lounge on the 39th floor instead.
- Westfield San Francisco CentreJuly 11, 2012Corazon Under the Dome celebrates the heart and soul of San Francisco! Come discover our history, music and culture at our free light spectacular starting at 5pm from now until September 3, 2012!

- AqeelOctober 10, 2014The hotel has a nice lobby and is a few blocks away from major shopping & dinning area around the Union Square.
- Fantastic bar up on the top, great views. Beautiful hotel all around.
- Atrium is a great spot to get work done or have a video call.
- Great M Club Lounge with a great breakfast, dinner, and drinks.
- The staff here are awesome! Friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
- Mohamed RizkJune 22, 2013It's an amazing hotel! However the WiFi is really expensive so unless you are going on a business trip with business paying Internet fees you better get a huge data plan for hotspot.
- TeeOctober 13, 2013Awesome location. Very Close to shopping incl . Westfield shopping mall. Pity that wifi in - room costs about $15/day !
- Jamie ChaseMarch 7, 2015Breakfast buffet is worth every dollar, spectacular. Food in the penthouse bar is terrible, overpriced for the poor flavor combinations. View makes up for it. Stick to drinks. Room 2525 view is A+!
- Otel.comOctober 1, 2012The spa here is excellent; it features facials, massages, steam room, lap pool and fitness counseling.
- Shreya KankanhalliDecember 16, 2018Great location for most visitors and an iconic building. Rooms feel a bit dated though.
- Ronald AgrellaMarch 29, 2011To save money, you can eat at Mel's Drive In Diner at corner, Starbucks down 4th St is cheaper than hotel, stores, pharmacy and other less expensive shopping options are very nearby.
- Jorgio CastroAugust 11, 2013Free public wifi, lots of comfortable seating, and very convenient location.
- Ty TrippetJune 28, 2014The Press Club wine bar and lounge behind the Marriott is a good portion for post work drinks.
- Darren WatersSeptember 15, 2011The bar on the top floor has good views. But i'd still recommend the bar at the top of the mark. The Mark Hopkins.
- Jeffrey-Ryan B.October 4, 2014Ironically located in the basement is a FedEx Office location that is open seven days a week!
- Jules BelcherOctober 16, 2014The View bar is great, but is a publicly accessible bar. The hotel itself has gone downhill massively. Stayed there 3 times now, it's so busy now that the staff are rude, condescending & arrogant.
