Broccolini broccolini with chili flakes
I usually enjoy coming here until they cancelled my friend's appt due to a high number of absent students - we scheduled to come in together so I had to cancel mine.
Bucatini was a table fave. Ravioli was rich and topped with prosciutto - no complaints about any of that.
Octopus & sausage were great starters - priced high compared to portion served. Rutledge & Moultrie were delish. Pizzas are smaller than Delfina, Beretta, Ragazza, Gioia & Zero Zero in San Francisco.
I dream and crave the broccoli di ciccio. Although I wish they offered braised octopus in that same seasoning.
Yummy and dynamite rolls were our faves. Also a fan of hotate nigiri here.
Service is slow at best and refilling water is a remarkable act when it happens.
Been here twice and it never fails me. Start here and work your way around the valley. The most comprehensive grounds and options for snacks and food. Oh, and the Granache, that delicious Granache!
Cucumber gimlet pairs nicely with the Tuna Poke for a light snack.
Won't be back since they aren't friendly towards alumni groups watching the game on Saturdays. It's their right to refuse service, but I wouldn't expect it from owners (allegedly) from NC.
Make an appt with Jessica. She is sweet and quick with sugaring but also willing to go at your pace.
Ahnel has the best consultations. Bring her a range of 2-3 options and she will steer you right based on your face shape, hair texture, and how your hair falls.
Do not be deceived by reviews, this is not a hole in the wall. It is more of an intimate bistro suited for parties of 2-4 comfortably. Great food & attention to service!
The pork belly, Brussels sprouts & deep fried egg is a holy grail dish. Perfection!
