• The Hertz Courtesy shuttle is so slow. There are 10 Avis buses for every 1 Hertz bus. Prepare to wait a LONG time.

• Here's a tip I hope Hertz reads: they need to run more shuttles. 30 mins from curb at airport to Hertz exit (President's Circle so I didn't even visit counter) is unacceptable. They need to staff up.
