• Laziest employees I've ever seen. Even for Philadelphia. Never expect a car with a full tank of gas.

• Had to take an Avis shuttle because the Hertz bus did not come around for over 25 minutes... Make sure you have some wiggle room with your time!

• The manager refused to help me when there were 15 people in line behind me and if already been waiting in line for an hour. He went back in his glass box and closed the door. Completely useless.
