Till • May 30, 2013Good place to stay for SPG Platinum tourists w/ Suite Night Awards: Use them here and get a Junior Suite with view at Chrysler Building. But don't expect hight plat recognition (this is NYC after all)
Eric W. • January 19, 2011Crown jewel of the NYC SPG properties. Atrium Club rocks! Rooms are incredible and service is impeccable! Location rounds out value. Worth every cent!
R • October 23, 2010Big fan of this place, mainly because it's so new that the rooms are pretty sweet. Make sure you are a SPG AmEx member and you'll get put on a special SPG floor (14th).
Jeff C. • January 21, 2013SPG Platinum upgrades are few and far between at this property. I've stayed here 12+ times over past couple of years and best I've received is spectacular room. Upgrades better at other NYC starwood
laura h. • June 16, 2011If you're a platinum SPG member u can use the club lounge on 20. One of the best views in manhattan!
Jed N. • October 3, 2011A secret spg gem, I'm reluctant to endorse it only because I don't want it selling out all the time. Clean, spare, handsome rooms with kitchenettes! Free breakfast! Free happy hour Mon-Thurs!
Ross S. • April 13, 2016Some dope views on the SPG floor, but overall, this hotel is 2.5 stars. Crappy soap, portable ceramic heater, sketchy employees.
Ryan V. • June 11, 2014Great hotel. Clean with modern renovations. The gym and spg lounge are icing on the cake!
Cheryl • July 8, 2015Close to tourist ridden streets but hidden enough to avoid it if necessary. Nice view of the city. Good cheaper go-to alternative to other SPG properties. Quieter than the Sheraton 10 blocks down.
T-- W. • July 12, 2011Not SPG quality. I had smelly pillows, there's no free water, even for platinums and no club lounge. Makes Motel 6 look luxurious.
