Shannon J. • June 14, 2011A lovely place to get a bite to eat, have a drink, read a book, or catch a train :)
Emily R. • June 19, 2011Be sure to calculate in extra travel time if there's a Nats game on. Trains run slow and are way crowded!
Fairfax City R. • December 7, 2016I went to the National Press club for training event. It was beautifully ornamented with flag of every country inside of the well preserved National Press club in Washington DC.
Graham J. • November 28, 2011The Hall of Transportation remains my favorite exhibit in this museum. Of particular note: the 1950s-era Chicago El Train car.
luke r. • September 27, 2011Stand by the air conditioning vent along the side of the escalator while waiting for the train on hot days.
Tyree S. • August 28, 2020The DC Metro System is excellent in that every train at every station is completely accessible!
Caleb H. • August 10, 2015Don't forget! This hotel is connected to the Metro Center station. No need to go outside in the heat/cold/snow/rain to catch your train.
kiramonkey • February 16, 2013Ther is the most attentive server ever! Be sure to leave him a good tip, he's an incredibly talented martial artist (I've trained with him ;)
Amy C. • July 18, 2018Know which side of the train you want to get off on, otherwise you’ll spend an inordinate amount of time walking around the circle.
Daniel S. • October 2, 2010If you are swtiching to the Orange line check the itinerary of bus 38B right outside the station. Berree than waiting 20 mins for the train.
- B. • July 30, 2011East exit at 14/I (Franklin Park) ; West exit at I / Vermont (McPherson Sq). East is toward the front of the train if you're headed to Virginia; West is front if you're headed to PG Co.
Andrea N. • October 13, 2010LOVE this place. Known for its baristas that are properly trained, coffee is excellent. Brunch is good...Madame Croc sandwhich is the best! Right in the heart of the Woodley Park/Adams Morgan area...u
mishmashmargie • August 7, 2010This organization does great work: a school and art gallery and job training. Much of the focus is on dc youth with disabilities. Check out their free art exhibit once a month.
- B. • July 30, 2011Access on south side: if from downtwn that's the back of the train. Front of the train if from north. Consider the elevators if going to the zoo: escalators are a long trip in the wrong direction!
Roger • March 3, 2011Transfer here for the green or yellow train instead of at lefant, much less crowded
Sean M. • September 28, 2010Wear deodorant, I visited the area and had the unpleasant experience of sitting next to someone that chose to bathe in their own sweat before boarding the train.
