Staff not friendly in the reception/breakfast/bar. For a four star hotel, you would expect plugs to work in rooms. But the special club floor is different. Better service and nice treats in the rooms

Tapa tur. I did not like the service and how they treat clients. Neither the food. Nothing worth. In such a good location in Madrid what a wrong mindset of service.

Great indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym. Also, good 'Porto Special' at the bar.

На 5 звезд не совсем тянут номера, лет 7-10 они таковыми были, сейчас следовало бы сделать ребрендинг. но в целом впечатление самое приятное. Очень хороший и приятный персонал, Сервис на 5+

El spa es lo unico qie se salva. No merece ser 5 estrellas, estando en febrero y con el frio de Madrid, la calefaccion de la habitacion no funciona, y la moqueta de pasillos recuerda peli Resplandor

Me decepcionó enormemente. Habitación sucia. Mobiliario viejo. Y un ruido de una máquina que no nos dejó dormir. Íbamos a quedarnos una noche más. Y al final nos cambiamos de hotel.

Uno de los peores cinco estrellas que he visitado, en mi opinión le sobran dos. Habitaciones antiguas, moquetas raídas, NO lo recomiendo a nadie. El Spa es lo único que se salva.
