It's at the center of Bansko and breakfast was adequate. Rooms were warm. But we had problems with leaking water in shower. Moreover the wifi wasn't good in the rooms.

What is good - close to gondola, wifi in rooms. Not good - the food, the personal, dirty rooms, dirty towels, don't have a lobby bar. The dinner is until 8 p.m... not a good option!!!

Everything is dirty! Bads, sheets, towels, appliances, windows, curtains. The furniture is falling apart. The food is grose, etc. Bad choice, bad ideea.
