Award-winning barbecue served in a down-home setting, with an outstanding assortment of vegetarian options and side dishes. All meats are available as sandwiches, by the plate, or by the pound.

The chopped beef sandwich, vinegary coleslaw, potato salad, and mint iced tea all are great. The early rock 'n' roll music added to the experience. Near UT and the university area Doubletree.

Ruby's has great BBQ, but also serves up a delicious variety of vegetarian grub, including spicy veggie jambalaya, veggie chili, and creative veggie tacos, making it a perfect place to take a group.
