- Kyriakos G. 🍺 🍔March 28, 2016Crazy decorated place, with a creepy bathroom and toilet paper instead of napkins. Try the silkworms, the stewed Eel and the Bun cha. The more extraordinary, the better!
- Elin SandbergMay 7, 2018So cute!! The food was delicious, we just ordered a bunch of different tapas and loved everything. Really recommend the ribs and the watermelon drink! Has an authentic vibe with the interior/exterior
- Marc UKGOctober 3, 2015Personal favorites are the burger and the spare ribs. Silkworms and chicken feet are also on the menu if you prefer exotic food. Staff was super nice except for the grumpy guy at the door.
- Liz ODecember 22, 2022I loved the place. I wish I could try more of the dishes. I had a “pad Thai” (it has another name in the menu” and it was delicious. Great service, super friendly.
- Nora SelmecziMarch 23, 2016Asian-style street food translated to European expectations in a masterful way. Get ready to browse the menu forever or simply taste everything in a single sitting. You won't regret it.
- ChinoiseriesOctober 2, 2016The drinks menu is nice. Check out the "vegetarian corner" on the menu. Young bun burger (and other menu items) can be made vegetarian and vegan if asked. Unfortunately, no plantbased phở broth.
- Katrien van der HingJune 5, 2016I have a love- hate relationship with district mot. Always a crowd pleaser, but they do tend to rush you in and back out even when no one else is in the restaurant
- YinMarch 30, 2016The Bao Burger (both beef & chicken), the drum sticks, the summer rolls... They were all amazing. One of the best Vietnamese fusion places we've tried.
- Thomas KnüwerAugust 29, 2017Wow! I had a flashback to my Vietnam trip with the first bite. Highly authentic and delicious, stunning interior design and wonderful staff. This is the new Vietnamese king of Mitte.
- Benni the BanjoOctober 30, 2019A place with style, if you ever want to eat in the streets of Bangkok but don’t have the time to... Go there 👌 really good food, super friendly stuff and the Ambiente is absolutely like it should be.
- Natalie MarioniOctober 4, 2021I think a few things have changed since negative tips from 2018/19. Service fast and friendly. Best spring rolls i have had in a long time!
- DrorJune 15, 2016Food is authentic and very tasty, service authentic as well (not as good as the food 😛). Vegetarian pho soup and vegetarian burger are recommended.
- Sára Eszter KisJuly 27, 2014Frog legs are delicious. I really loved the desserts as well! Drinks are also very nice. Crazy interior design. I love the eco reuse stuff. Drinking from a jar and toilet paper as napkin.
- MirjaJune 22, 2018One of many dishes we selected! Can highly recommend this place. Tasty food and big portions for a good price! Recommend recommend!
- Anechka M.August 29, 2014One of the best of Asian restaurants in berlin. The unique point for me was not an average menu and very good quality of food. Definitely worth to try it!
- Melani KJune 8, 2014The burger is really tasty! They use white buns (called bao) instead of normal burger buns filled with juicy beef, mango slices etc - the buns were a bit sticky though. Portion is small
- Chip Thảo MaiDecember 28, 2015The price is reasonable with very authentic concept decoration.Drink is 4.5e.Food is about 6e to 8.5e.Snack is 4e.There are a lot of iconic Vietnamese/Sai Gon street foods. The only problem is no wifi.
- Sebastian BayneJuly 6, 2013This is real. The guy who runs this also has a few other places in Berlin and they are as good as Vietnamese food gets in Germany. It's damn good. Not the usual viet/de crap. Love it!
- Edi PlexFebruary 17, 2018Pretty great for Vietnamese food in Berlin. Less catered to German tastes and more legit steer food style Vietnamese food. Will sort out your cravings.
- Shauna JinJune 3, 2014I didn't try the pho yet, but what I had was pretty authentic and tasty: cha gio, bun cha, muc nuong, etc. Feels like disney land version of Vietnam in a good way. A bit pricey for the portions.
- IngoSeptember 11, 2017Burgers are special and great. The toilet paper on the table instead of napkins is a little of a turnoff though 😂
- Ismael RodriguezMarch 13, 2015Even though they have a burger which won place #3 on Berlin's Best Burger (by Still in Berlin...) I would strongly recommend the hot pot(s)
- Daniel ZanderOctober 17, 2014Very good Vietnamese street food. It's on the same level as Monsieur Vong and make sure to try their "burger".
- Felix RiesebergJanuary 2, 2016🙌🏻 I love this place. I have no idea how authentic it is, but the atmosphere is fantastic and the food tasty. Service could be a bit quicker though.
- Daniel DendraApril 3, 2016Very hipster but still authentic enough. Try the silk worms if you are up for an experiment. You won't find them anywhere else in berlin.
- Emma WijningaFebruary 21, 2016Great food, great drinks, try the one with lychees. The daily menu is my favorite
- Try their vietnamese version of burger in a banh bao cake. With a slice of mango. Finally something different! Papaya salad is very nice also. ☺️
- The only place I've been to in Berlin that (a) has pho TAI on the menu (b) serves pho w/ ALL appropriate garnishes + sauces (hoisin/sriracha). You won't have to beg your server for a lime here!
- TealDecember 23, 2014Goi xoài tôm khô, Mì xào giòn, Bánh Chuối Đậu Phọng! Everything is delicious and I have a to-do list for this place now :)
- Refreshingly different than your usual Vietnamese restaurant. Burgers, ribs, seafood, desserts, cocktails - all great! They are dog friendly too.
- Szymon KukanowApril 3, 2018Great and original Vietnamese food & interior. Eating in District Mot you will feel like in one of the street bars in Hanoi.
- Very tasty bao burgers (for example the De la Sauce) and crispy sweet potato sides.
- Ulla WendelJune 18, 2015Very stylish place and people. The burger is super nice. And also the Pho Bo soup can be recommended. But wouldn't go for the starter again which was a bit weird.
- Maria MartynovaDecember 3, 2015Love this place. Try their beef noodle soup, it was big and super tasty. However, no WiFi and a toilet paper instead of napkins.
- Shenaeology DruDecember 27, 2014Comfort food on a cold day! This places serves a friggin' awesome pho although the staff aren't exactly the friendliest, beautiful decor!
- Simon FranssonJanuary 4, 2015Try the sour mango salad, it's delicious. As are the Pho and the homemade drinks. Nice Vietnamese interior decoration too.
- Shali NguyenMay 17, 2016Burger is a must. Get the wings and egg rolls! Avoid the BBQ unless you want to cook all night.
- Very hip and very good. Just a little pricey. And I would prefer their tapas style dishes over the burger any day!
- David O. AndersenOctober 25, 2014The burger is good, fresh veggies and meat. It's not huge so be sure to get some sweet potato fries to go with it!
- MatthieuMarch 22, 2015Very tasty burgers, nice atmosphere and all in all very nice place. Cocktails are also really good.
- Carl ClancyOctober 8, 2014One of the best burgers I've had in Berlin, and certainly the most original. The ribs are great too.
- Ramon PallaskeFebruary 28, 2016Awesome burgers and great food in general. Drinks are great, too! Try the salts ice tea.
- Chen ZamirSeptember 20, 2016Decent food although pricy and pretentious dishes. Unlike the cool design, you won't find simple food here
- Quentin LafonJanuary 10, 2016Very nice place ! It's like Saigon atmosphere but you are in Berlin. The food is excellent.
- Probably the most authentic vietnamese place in town right now :)
- Alexander PiluguinaMay 9, 2015Bbq for two is delicious, good beer and mojito, music a bit loud but definitely on point
- William MillerAugust 16, 2014Bao burger phenomenal, nice spare ribs and shrimp skewers. Good dim sum. Skip the cocktails
- MatthiasApril 28, 2014Bun Cha pork & noodles, and the burger was delicious! Limejuice ice tea also worth a try.
