    Finland, west of Kirkenes is an hour ahead, and Russia to the east is sometimes three hours ahead !! Three timezones in one town. Bonkers!

    The Borderline Museum is quite good actually. It's about WW II mainly and the huge role this tiny place in the arctic played.
