I know they deserve a chance too but i think trainee baristas are not quiet ready for quality nero coffee making. As each time my latte or cappuccino is not as good as I'm used to get.

Mia BDecember 3, 2013The worse Nero I have been to. If you want old dried up cake, unfriendly customer service and being short changed this is the place to be. Avoid if you can. There is a much better cafe upstairs.
