The service at the Brasserie has improved tremendously compared to two years ago.It's quiet enough for business meetings, doing some admin work (thank u free wifi) or enjoy a drink.Glad I am a regular

Location is great! Right in front of train station. Hotel has also shuttle to airport. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. I’ll come back to this hotel.

The wifi is not so good and the rooms are old. There are no smoking rooms, that's a down side. But it's very close to the Diegem train station and it takes 15 mins to go to the city centre.

Ladies receive free beauty kit upon arrival so if you a woman and travelling for couple days u can save some space in your carry on bag.

Very slow wifi. Get some local beers in lobby restaurant to outstand tragedic food. Cannot recommend burger nor steak. Good luck :)

The service at the Brasserie/Restaurant is absolutely catastrophic. And that is if they want to come and take your order!!

The food in restaurant is not the best of its kind. Breakfast seems sufficient but overpriced (21 € in low session). The rooms lack some essential services where other NHs have already. (4 / 10)

Free Wi-Fi works fine in the public areas and in the room, even for VOIP.

Absolute lack to attention or service. Mini bar had previous guests' food and they didn't clean it although I asked for. Smelly mess, gross.

I was actually expecting more. Slow wifi, heating not working well, once cold winter. See im the previous comments that it is a commos problem... Probably my first and last stay... Sorry NH.

Rooms are OK, provides free shuttle service from& to the airport. Wi-fi is not so succesfull :(

The room rates are a bit overrated among other NH Hotels in Europe. The room I stay is strangely designed and the inner walls are thin (not enough sound isolation). Basic Wi-Fi speed is 256kbit/s. :(

En önemli avantajı havaalanına çok yakın olması ama bu yüzden taksiciler bazen sorun çıkarıyor ve gitmek istemiyor. Onun dışında güzel temiz ve rahat bir hotel fiyat 100-150 € gecelik değişiyor.

Duş başlığı kapıya bakıyor. . Tuvalette sigara içtim smoke detector yakalamış 80 euro yedim. Çok kötü bir otel :(
