You need to try it at least once! It’s fermented bulgur drink. Buy roasted chickpea (leblebi) across the street and put it in you drink, this is how Boza should be consumed traditionally
A thick winter drink made of fermented corn starch, Served best cold with a distinctive taste & an interesting story. Vefa is by far the best. Try it with cinnamon and roasted chickpeas.

Place is interesting, because it is really local so I suggest to visit it, but don't expect a lot from Boza, ice cream or milk shake for sure is more tasty
Tried what seemed to be the obligatory Boza. Was interesting. But I much preferred the Ottoman Syrup and TamarindSherbet that they had. The lemonade was pretty good too.
