Ask for your pasta al dente. Not sure it helps, but, if you don't, it will be severely over-cooked.

yummy pasta.. their FRIED chocolate cheese cake SUCKS!!! and when they say: we dont fry it, we just put it in the oven: DONT BELIEVE THEM!!!!!!!!
