Free to go up, you have to pay for parking though, but the pass lasts all year! 360 views of Astoria and beyond! Don't buy a glider, find them on the ground and toss them off the top!
  • Commodore Hotel A.
A wonderful place for a picnic and some fun. Climb the column for an absolutely breath taking view of all of Astoria, don't forget to grab a wooden airplane from the shop to toss off the top!

Great place to hang out and visit. Best of all it's only $2.00 for a season parking pass. Can't beat that deal.

The view from the tower is spectacular but if you can’t get up those stairs (164 🥵) the views from below are incredible too.

About 90 mins from Portland, 20 mins north of Cannon Beach, where most of the Goonies was filmed. Beautiful, quaint coastal town.

If you're claustrophobic and/or have a fear of heights, just enjoy the panoramic views w/o messing with the tower part.

Have to go climb it at least once! Stairs are very narrow. Be wary if you’re claustrophobic.
