Teresa Zea YuanSeptember 16, 2013They'll tell you to stand by your car, but if you see it down the aisle, don't wait. It doesn't really matter as long as you remember your own parking. Otherwise, be prepare to wait forever!
WillJanuary 9, 2019There is nothing “express” about it. You’re better off using off-airport parking like Parking Spot, etc. It’s not uncommon to see 3-5 of their shuttles pass by waiting for one of the DFW Parking ones.
I beyond angry with them. I arrived at 4:56 am today, went to the row and parked, waited for 25 minutes to never see a shuttle come to get me. Ended up parking at the terminal. Not happy
The Toll Tag is worh the investment. It saves fifteen minutes with every airport trip and you don't have any parking tickets to lose on your long trip.
Free water is a thing if the past. Ever since the new toll gates went in the water isn't offered unless you demand it.- Don't know why I keep coming back here. Gate people don't know what to do neither do bus drivers. Told to go to one row but it's wrong row. Disaster.
- The pickup time is waaaay too slow both in going and coming from terminal. Drivers are slow and retarded.
Great 95% of the time, but avoid it if you're getting back late night, especially Sundays. Not enough shuttles and SLOW service. Never any problems other times.
