    Most unfriendly staff in a hotel I have ever seen. Good thing the room was very nice and comfortable and the breakfast buffet very good.

    My mistake this hotel was fine. Not more. The beach wasn't great though. Pool was pleasant. Ok if you re looking to do nothing. Nusa Dua is not the most exciting place.

    Nice place but seaview rooms are more like garden view. The à la carte food is great but I wouldn't recommend the buffet
