The wifi here is probably near worst ever and I stay in hotels about 200 nights a year. Ethernet isn't much better. They need to step it up.

I don't know if its because there remodeling but don't eat the breakfast!!! There was a Cock Roach on the waffle table walking on the fork that you remove the waffles with! Barf and OMFG!!
If you use the luggage cart - please don't leave it in the hallway. Take it back to the front lobby so your fellow traveler can use it!

I think they must of had some dramatic changes. We have experience nothing but friendliness from this place. It is extremely clean, the workers have been very friendly and helpful. We'd def come back!

Nice hotel, walking distance to both of Dallas' professional sports stadiums. Wifi for a fee unless you are an ATT customer. My only complaints are 1st world problems so they're not worth posting.

Nice choice when American Airlines strands you over and over again. Breakfast and shuttle. Clean, quiet and friendly staff. Refreshing change after airlines with zero customer service.
If you're stranded at DFW, it's a solid option. Free shuttles to and from the airport, and free breakfast starts at 7.

Unlike Embassy Suites or Homewood Suites, breakfast is not free here. And no happy hour. Beds are super comfy with adjustable firmness, but the value doesn't compare to others in the Hilton brand.
Comfy beds, terrific cafe with Starbucks coffee, and convenient location to shopping and Arlington Municipal Airport. Great place to stay!!

Horrible service. Saw this on my bed. When I checked in the told me they were only doing partial housekeeping. Now I see how this happened!!
Breakfast--the eggs get a little hard, but the rest of the breakfast is pretty good.
