Calamari was amazing. Banana pepper and lemon with it is super delicious. I had to lasagna, the wife had the truffle ravioli. both were super tasty and half off wine bottles today.
Bolognese with spaghetti rocks. Caesar salad has a perfect tart little kick to it. And the chocolate mousse is perfection! Request last booth on left side with view of patio and Long Shoals.

One of the best meals of my life: Calamari pasta, trout, Almond Bodoni, & Cappuccino. And don't forget the IL Nero Di Casanova Sangiovese wine.

Try the sugar plum martini! Sausage and pepper pizza- enough for two! Wedge salad was delicious.
Candied tomato and Brie is a little rich, but all the pizzas are great!

Dinner for 2 is a great deal. Get the beef w/ broccoli and substitute chicken for the beef, it's amazing.

Had the lobster, shrimp & scallops and it was goooood!
This place has went down hill. Was seated, then waited 23 mins before I had to go get the hostess. Lobster bisque=cheese dip. Crab legs=no meat. Mashed potatoes= lumpy, bland paste. Go somewhere else!

I've been to Mela 6 times since moving to North Carolina. It's delicious, consistent and I have a love affair with my 'usual' extra spicy vindaloo!
Awesome lunch buffet in a lovely Indian environment. I go there weekly, at least. Take-out lunch is the best bargain- fill it up to go.
