Vishal Khanapure: Paneer biryani is awesome. Super delicious!
Kat Mandelstein: Coconut vegetable curry is amazing and vegan.
Bruce Humphrey: Not what I expected, its kind of an up market fast food Indian restaurant. That aside the vegetable somosas were excellent, loved the mint sauce they came with. Chicken vinderloo was good too

Josh A: The best Indian food in Austin. Maybe not the most authentic, but the tastiest. Also nice atmosphere and upscale feel. Go there and eat family style.
Austin Chronicle: The Singh boys have built a loyal following with their contemporized Indian fare. The space is old, stone, and gorgeous, the crowd is watchworthy, and the food delish. Like a kick? Ask for desi-hot.
Cassidy Patterson: I love the Clay Pit, one of the best places I have eaten at in Austin, the curried muscles appetizer it delicious - order it with a bunch of garlic naaan to dip in the sauce!!
Candice Brusuelas: The vegetarian dinner for 2 is an amazing deal! So much delicious food, and really enough for 4-5 people. We always have plenty left over!
Austin Chronicle: What it lacks in looks, Asiana makes up for with flavor. You'll find an array of dishes from the Subcontinent, from ubiquitous tikka masala to goat curries and less-known Southern Indian specialties.
Mujtastik MonkeeLover: Definitely best Indian in the Austin area!
Victoria Schaefer: Favorite Indian food in ATX. Inexpensive, fresh and delicious. Cocktail menu could use some help. Wine list too.
Christopher Gautam Hota: It's the bomb, eh? I guess you could say they "curried" favor with this reviewer!!
MattersOfGrey.com: This place rocks! It doesn't look like much from the outside but the food and service are amazing.
Katy Thompson: Vindaloo is fantastic, also try the sampler.
Raghu Raghuraman: Go to Bombay Bistro for some authentic Indian food. Buffet for lunch.
Social News Network: Many of my friends say Bombay Bistro is one of the most authentic Indian restaurants in Austin. During lunch there's a buffet, which is the best value and $2 cheaper during the week than on weekends.

cori drew: Hands-down, the best Indian Buffet I've had. Nan is amazing; salad dressing is freshly made; tomato soup is to die for. Delicious!
Carlos 🏳️🌈 ✊🏽 🏳️⚧️: 5 words... Saag Paneer and Garlic Naan.
Jamie Graham: I come here at least once every 2 weeks - the chicken tikka masala (mahkni) is the best I've ever had. The naan is fluffy, crispy, and warm, too. Get yourself to Taj Palace!
