The Java Breakfast can't be beat. 2 eggs, hash browns, bacon, toast & coffee for $6.25 (or around that). Been a staple of mine for years. And the people there rock!
Migas are awesome! Bacon is crispy but not burnt. Hashbrown is perfectly prepared, crispy shell and soft middle. Not too oily either.
They always get extra crispy hash browns just right.

Cute diner-ish style restaurant, attached to some hotel - right in the heart of South Congress... mostly Mexican cuisine with some American tastes -- drinks were strong + food was hot and delicious!!!
you need to try the GYLO (get your lard on) its very yummy and don't forget to add some hashbrowns they do them great. Great service at a good price and it didn't take long to get our food.

Breakfast all day. Similar to Denny's but slightly more old fashioned American diner. The Rustler's Roundup is plenty of food with 3 eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, and hash browns. Pancakes are extra.

We tried the Pancake Flight, the Breakfast Pot Pie, kids breakfast, Hot Chocolate & their house blend Coffee. Everything was good. We will definitely be back to try more breakfast items.
You can't go wrong here, we happened to order the sweet potato pancakes and breakfast tacos and both were fantastic. The iced coffee was life changing. Very dog friendly!
