Their tun-o wraps mimic tuna well but without processed ingredients/fillers, they use some kind of mixed marinade soaked and shredded veggies (mostly carrot I think). Juice and smoothies are great too
Amazing energy and staff. Great selection in juices, juice shots, smoothies and Vegan/Vegetarian friendly food/snacks. They also have alkaline water, which is hard to find. One of its kind in Bmore.

Can't go wrong with either the Carrot or Squash pies. If all else fails take the traditional Supreme Bean Pie. For meat eaters the Whiting or So Much Lake Trout sandwiches are all the rage.
Call ahead 15 minutes prior to arrival. They don't answer the phone the last hour of the night. If the squash pie is available, GET IT!!!

This is one of my favorite spots in the city. Sausage aside, I recommend the hush puppies; served with sweet cream butter and dusted with powdered sugar.
